Single Mode:
The products corners are attached to the clamps by one operator. Then the clamps move apart from each other and spread the product precisely onto the conveyor while the operator prepares the next product.
Dual Mode:
Two operators who stand on each side of the infeed attach their product onto the clamps. The clamps move apart, spread the product and switch their position to the second operator who repeats the process while the first operator prepares his next product. On this way two persons can individually operate the machine at the same time.
Manual Mode:
Manual feeding by one or two operators. The spreader clamps move the furthest apart and go to stand-by mode. That way the operator(s) can manually place the products on the infeed belt.
The Multifold-BT300 has 2 lateral folds (optional 3 lateral folds). They are done by air impulses. Double air tubes are used in each fold. The operator can choose between low and high air pressure.
The Multifold-BT300 has 2 cross folds (optional 3 cross folds). They are done by a combination of folding-blades and reversing belts. After folding the products, they are dropped on the final incline belt, also called dropstacker. After reaching the desired stack height the conveyor moves the products forward to the output.
The Spreader Clamps are designed to be the most efficient and accurate. Therefor we use high-precision servo motors to move the clamps and reliable hydraulic pistons for the clamps themselves to ensure the best experience for our customers.
