The T-Matic-IQ-Label was developed specifically for the T-Matic-5020.

Its electric vacuum generator provides a strong grip on labels while significantly reducing energy consumption compared to pneumatic systems.

Full integration with many benefits

The T-Matic-IQ-Label is a label printer and applicator module designed for full integration into the T-Matic-5020, providing a compact packaging and labeling solution.

Furthermore, labels are applied directly during the packaging process. This guarantees that the product receives its corresponding label, as it cannot be lost or removed as would be the case with systems where the labeling unit is a separate unit placed after the packaging unit, requiring a transfer between the two work steps.

This also eliminates the need for an external conveyor belt after the packaging machine, which would require additional space, electricity, maintenance and a higher initial investment.

Higher reliability and repeatability

The T-Matic-IQ-Label is a fully electric system that offers greater reliability and repeatability than traditional pneumatic systems.

Unlike pneumatic systems that rely on venturi valves to generate vacuum suction for holding labels, the T-Matic-IQ-Label uses an electric system that eliminates the need for compressed air and ensures consistent label application.

Ventury valves are highly inefficient as they use a large amount of compressed air to create a small amount of vacuum suction. Additionally, they require high maintenance due to the venturi valves having very fine channels that tend to get clogged by textile dust, necessitating regular maintenance or replacement.

The T-Matic-IQ-Label is a fully electric label applicator that uses a high-velocity DC fan to generate strong suction for labels of all sizes to adhere to the vacuum pad.

This fan is highly efficient and suitable for dusty environments as it has no fine channels that could trap textile dust.

Additionally, the T-Matic-IQ-Label’s electric positioning system provides highly precise label placement, which is crucial for meeting modern branding requirements and maintaining brand reputation.

This system also enables quick label position changes without the need for tools.

Turning Vacuum-Pad

This solution is for clients who require very small labels with a position very close to the T-Matic-5020’s side-sealer.

The turning mechanism allows for labels to be placed even on the edge of bags, while also increasing label capacity.

Fixed Label positon with IQ-Press

For E-Commerce clients, it is crucial that printed labels are placed on the correct items, especially when product sizes vary greatly. To address this, a special version of the IQ-Press can be used, which applies labels through a cutout.

HSPC

High Speed Pillow Case turner, a semi-automatic solution for efficient and clean turning of pillowcases after sewing.

The operator pulls the pillowcase onto the two skies in the front, the skies then switch position with a second set of skies, allowing the opeator to feed the next pillowcases, while the HSPC stretches the first pillowcase with it’s clever “fingers” to ensure, the corner of the pillowcase are turned cleanly. After this the turned pillowcase is automatically removed fromt he skies and stacked onto a pile.

The T-Apparel is able to handle all kinds of folding patterns. After being fed, the item enters the lateral folding section where air and position-controlled folding templates create the lateral folds. Each piece’s length is automatically measured to ensure exceptional quality. The adjustable roof position permits folding of thick, stiff, light, slippery textile, and dry-fit materials. The length of the lateral fold section accommodates all product sizes.

The internal conveying belts are cleverly designed to enable safe folding of products with hang-tags or sticky surfaces due to large print areas.

Remote Program Change

Update the folding program through Ethernet with your in-house IT systems.
This decreases the possibility of errors caused by operator selection of incorrect programs, thus enhancing overall productivity.

T-Stack

The T-Stack is a state of the art small piece folding and stacking machine. The T-Stack is primarily designed to process pieces such as napkins, face cloths, bar mops, cleaning mops, kitchen towels, jeans, trousers, pants or any other flat piece with maximum dimensions of 700 x 500mm. The T-Stack can be used as a stand-alone unit or it can be connected to our other packaging equipment to act as a stacking station. The T-Stack is capable of stacking both folded and unfolded garments.

The T-Stack can count, fold, and stack pieces.

The products are fed onto the ergonomic infeed conveyor and folded using a combination of air-blast and two sets of folding belts to achieve high-quality and consistent folding. They can be folded laterally once before being stacked or simply flat-stacked.

Afterward, they are directed towards a high-speed roll-off stacking system, where they are stacked with precision thanks to a linear encoder.

Multifold

The Multifold is a simple and durable blanket, flag and sheet folder, which can be operated by either 1 or 2 people.
It can process a variety of thin and thick blankets and sheets up to a size of (WxL) 300x300cm (2 lateral and 3 cross folds) or (WxL) 300x600cm (3 lateral and 3 cross folds) efficiently.
To ensure precise and rapid operation, The Multifold uses servo motors on both the spreader clamps and the intake bar.

DOWNLOAD PROSPECT

The Multifold-BT300 features two lateral folds and two cross folds, with the option for a third lateral and cross fold. The lateral folds are created using air pulses, with each fold utilizing double air tubes to provide enough power to fold even very stiff and thick products.The pressure of the second lateral fold can be adjusted between low and high pressure to accomodate a large variety of lightweigth and heavy products.

The cross folds are created by a knife in combination with reversing belts. After the folding process, the folded products are stacked on the final incline belt using a dropstacker. Once the desired height is reached, the products are transferred for further processing.

One machine 3 operation modes

The multifold can be used in three different operation modes, giving high flexibility to the client.

1. One operato feeds the products to the spreader clamps, which then spread the product onto the intake belt.

2. Two operators independently feed their products to the spreader clamps, which alternate between them.

3. One or two operators manually feed the products, while the spreader clamps remain idle.

Thanks to it’s smart design, different types of hooks are no problem when using the Multifold to fold different products like banners, flags etc.
